CloudCall has signed me out, I don’t know my login details.
- Login details have been sent in Teams. Please check the chat history.
- The username is not the email address, it is the account number.
My headphones have stopped working.
- Check the headphones are fully charged
- If they are fully charged, turn off the headphones and unplug the Bluetooth connector in the laptop and re-plug the connector back and turn on the headphones.
- If the device is not connected, plug the headphones into the laptop via the charge lead and use this way until I return.
My CloudCall isn’t dialing out.
- Minimise the AVD cloud so that are on the local (laptop) machine.
- On the laptop screen, in the bottom right, next to the time and date, click the up arrow. The purple cloud should be showing in the tray.
- If this has x in the cloud, the softphone is not signed in. To sign in, right click the purple cloud and click sign-in. The username and password should automatically be saved (if not check Teams chat).
- If this just shows a purple cloud (with no x), right click the purple cloud and click show phone. Close the phone down and the open the again via the communicator icon on your desktop / taskbar. Check a call can be made from the communicator. If yes, head back into AVD and make a call from the chrome extension.
- If the purple cloud is not showing, open the again via the communicator icon on your desktop / taskbar. This should load the phone and sign you in automatically.
CloudCall has disappeared from Chrome.
- Follow the steps on the video to add CloudCall back to Chrome.
