All feedback from site is dealt with quickly and professionally so issues are resolved before they become problems. Equally, we ensure praise for good work is passed on from the Client to the Contractors team.  
Short term contracts represent a platform for Contractors to display their skills to a Client as a potential employer and often result in the offer of a full time contract subject to our company terms of business.

Client understanding:

At the conclusion of an individual’s contract, Optima obtains appraisals from the Client to give us a complete view of the individual’s performance.
From this we develop our knowledge of that individual’s capabilities and build up a labour pool of top Contractors to resource from for future contracts. This helps to demonstrate our commitment to constant improvement.
